1.  em is related to the font-size of the parent.
2. 2em means twice the font-size of the parent. em is in reference to the font-size of the parent.

• Therefore Border: 0.1 em solid red, means 0.1 x 16 => 16 em solid red. Here we assumed that parent had a font-size of 16px
